SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Products purchased from the Website shall be dispatched to the User by our Vendors through our delivery
partners. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while the Website will
endeavour to deliver the Products on the dates intimated, the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising
from any delay in this regard. In case of cash on delivery (“COD”) orders a nominal fee may be charged on all COD
The COD charge can be
viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This
charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation
request is raised after the order is shipped.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, Vetco is not responsible or liable for delays caused
by the logistics partner.
The logistics partner supported by Vetco will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the
User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts the respective VETCO reserves the
right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. VETCO is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused
shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments. An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On
placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time
to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia: Return/size exchange should be initiated
within 7 days of order delivery. The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The item needs to be returned along with the
original packaging and tags. The Website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure
or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products.
RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND
All Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the User through a logistics partner or by the
VENDOR. All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the respective VENDOR may be
returned to the VENDOR in accordance with the terms contained in the respective VENDOR policy. However no Products
will be accepted by the VENDOR if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the
quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per the Seller the product returned is not the
Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Seller may notify or deem
appropriate from time to time.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, food products, treats cannot
be returned. Grooming products and heavy items like beds, mats and blankets are not eligible for return. If the
package is found to be damaged on delivery please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or +91-8800579239 so we can help
resolve the matter. We cannot entertain any grievances beyond the stipulated time frame.
In case of returns: Return/size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery. The tags on the
product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition, free of odours or
stains, pet hair and in resell-able condition. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Exchange can only be made ONCE per order, we cannot entertain multiple exchanges for the same product. Refund, if
any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. We will not be able to accept
returns and exchanges on certain items including custom orders, food, treats and bakery items.
On returns we will only refund the amount for the product or article, shipping charges are non-refundable.
For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for
which the User shall have to share the bank details in writing). Estimated amount of time frame in which a customer
will be credited the refund is 7-10 days depending on the card issued or the bank. For payments made through
electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment
mode. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting
from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website.
Customer is eligible
to raise a cancellation request within 24 hours from order placed. In case of
requests for order cancellations, VETCO reserves the right to accept or reject
requests for order cancellations for any reason.
As part of usual
business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not
been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the
entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been

has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the
decision made by VETCO and accept VETCO’s decision regarding the cancellation.
